Heide brings over 25 years of Human Resources experience in the construction, manufacturing and retail industries to her role as HR Manager for Johnson’s Roofing Service. In this role Heide is responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, systems and procedures, employee relations, payroll and coordinating the administering of services such as onboarding, benefits and training.

In her free time you can find Heide traveling the world to see her favorite band Pearl Jam, creative arts or searching for new records for her vinyl collection.
