Estimator | Fort Mill, SC

Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Estimator, located in Fort Mill, SC. The Estimator will be responsible for evaluating project specifications and drawings, performing site visits, and gathering information to prepare accurate cost estimates for roofing projects. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing labor, material, and equipment requirements, preparing bid proposals, and collaborating with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure project feasibility and budgeting. The Estimator will also assist in reviewing and adjusting cost estimates as necessary and maintaining detailed records of estimates and project documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge and experience in cost estimation and budgeting
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, specifications, and construction documents
  • Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
  • Proficiency in estimation software
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred, but not required
  • Previous experience in roofing or construction industry is a plus

Superintendent | Fort Mill, SC

Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Superintendent located in Fort Mill, SC. The Superintendent will oversee the daily operations of roofing projects, ensure adherence to safety standards, coordinate job schedules, manage team performance, and maintain quality control. The Superintendent will also be responsible for developing operational strategies, optimizing resource allocation, and ensuring customer satisfaction by understanding and meeting their specific needs.

Qualifications:

  • Project management, operational planning, and resource allocation skills
  • Experience in team leadership, performance management, and conflict resolution
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control standards
  • Ability to work on-site and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Understanding of roofing industry best practices and technologies
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred, but not required
  • Previous experience in roofing or construction industry is a plus

Service Foreman | Fort Mill, SC

Role Description:

The Service Foreman coordinates daily tasks with technicians while leading and training a small crew in a hands-on environment. Responsibilities include driving to job sites, introducing the team to the client’s point of contact, and overseeing projects from start to finish. Duties also involve conducting detailed roof inspections, diagnosing leaks and other issues, and performing warranted repairs as needed. Clear communication with clients is essential to provide work summaries and ensure complete satisfaction with services rendered. Additional responsibilities include completing timesheets, service documentation, and daily reports, while ensuring all work is performed in compliance with safety standards and manufacturer specifications. The role also requires maintaining the service vehicle and all necessary tools in proper working condition.

Qualifications:

  • Significant experience in commercial roofing preferred, including various systems: TPO, PVC, EPDM, BUR, MOD BIT and Metal.
  • Ability to identify and solve technical field application problems on existing roof conditions.
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with clients, coworkers, and the crew. Must be able to communicate in English.
  • Basic computer and smartphone skills for reporting and using company software.
  • A valid driver’s license and an insurable driving record are required.
